Axis construction renovated an existing 32,000 sf building on the active campus of Molloy College to become a 75 room dorm building consisting of a gym, multiple gang bathrooms, laundry room, multi-room suites, great room and computer room for student use. In addition, the building houses the campus security department with a command center and fire control center for the campus. The building required all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and windows as well as an entirely new layout from previous design.
