Fast tracked renovation of existing patient unit floor to create executive, hospitality VIP Suites. Renovation included upgrades to existing infrastructure (Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and medical gas distribution), new porcelain tile floors, warm wood finishes, complete gut and rebuild of bathrooms and showers with enlarged spaces, waterfall and body whole showerheads, radiant heat panels and new ceramic mosaic tile finishes. Rooms included upgraded AV systems, lighting control systems and motorized shading devices. Rooms were outfitted to allow flexibility for large suites requirements, as well as individual rooms through the use of sliding partitions.
