Construction of a 25,000 square foot lab facility, requiring the total renovation of an existing building. The project required the installation of all new air handling equipment, two chillers, and a sophisticated energy recovery unit and exhaust system. The many aspects of the project included site work, a complete roof replacement, additional structural steel, the installation of a new site electric transformer, a generator and associated underground fuel storage tank. The extensive plumbing included the installation of a complete deionized water system for use in the custom laboratory steel casework.
