Keyspan determined that it needed to accomplish two important agenda for its future growth. First, to consolidate multiple departments from various locations throughout Long Island under one roof. Second, to modernize and create a state of the art training center for its current and future employees.

The project was designed and built with the intention to complete the project in three phases as current leases were expiring on existing space; time was of the essence to “fast track” construction of these phases, while attaining proper sign offs from local municipalities.

The third phase was the construction and relocation of the existing training facility from Islandia to this new facility in Melville. Critical path planning was initiated in order to keep current class registrations and training sessions on target and schedule.

The project succeeded on all fronts, creating the prefect environment for a conducive place to work and train.
